Jean, a lady who makes quilts, is organizing a drive to make 300 quilts for the first responders and the families of the victims of the recent tragedy in Aurora, Colorado.

Our group, World of Charity Stitching, has donated one of
our completed lap quilts for this great cause.
It is a Hearts and Flowers quilt, stitched by members from all over the
world and quilted by one of our talented quilters, Bonnie. The quilt was mailed to the Aurora
Communications Center
today, August 11th.
We hope in some small way to brighten the day (and night) of
the first responders and bring some measure of comfort to the families of the
victims.
