FIVE FINISHED WHEELCHAIR BAGS

The ladies and gents at Century Care will be 'stylin' with these 5 wheelchair bags that tie to the wheelchair arm and fit between the person and the arm.  They hold all their little essentials like glasses, bingo supplies, lip gloss, and more.  Pam stitched the beautiful dragonfly design and Dona did the others and sewed the bags together.  Fun and easy!!

CHECK OUT THIS BEAUTIFUL TEDDY BEAR QUILT

A big THANK YOU to Carolyn for assembling this amazing quilt and to all the ladies who stitched the cross stitch teddy bears.  Someone is going to be very cozy in this one!

MORE TOTE BAGS & A WHEELCHAIR BAG

Thank you Pam for the beautiful Iris cross stitch.  Dona stitched the golf cross stitch and sewed the bags together.  The kitty cross stitch actually came from a framed piece that we found and used it to make a tote.  The wheelchair bag ties to the arm of the wheelchair and sits between the person and the arm to hold little essentials.

WE'RE MAKING ALTOID TINS!

These are so easy to make especially when you use the tutorial by Vonna at The Twisted Stitcher.  This is, as are all of her tutorials, easy to understand and complete.  Be sure to visit her Blog while you're there too!

We hope to make quite a few tins for the residents of Century Care Center.  They love to put their change and other small items in them.  If you have any cross stitch pieces that are small and would fit on an Altoid tin that you would like to donate, visit our Yahoo group and let us know.
